Principal and founder Mark McAuliffe is educated with degrees in law, jurisprudence and science. He began practise as a lawyer in 1981.
Mark worked in Downing & Downing until 1989 when he left to establish Mcauliffe & Associates to specialise in commercial law and litigation. In 2008 he moved his offices to set up in Busselton and Margaret River.
With over 25 years experience in litigation, Mark has a proven track record of success in a wide range of matters. Running his own vineyard with his wife at Rosa Glen, Mark has developed a keen interest in winery contracts and related commercial matters.
Mark is joined by senior solicitor Clare Gleeson who degrees in law and environmental science. Clare began her career in local government and spent 5 years as a legal officer in Margaret River.
Clare then spent another 5 years working at a leading law firm, working her ways through the ranks to become senior associate. She is a specialist environment and town planning lawyer but has gained experience in general litigation and commercial law since joining McAuliffe Legal.
Clare brings McAuliffe Legal an expert understanding of the land development industry and its relationship with environmental matters.
