NR Barber’s Principal Lawyer Neville Barber has served as a criminal lawyer in Perth since 1984. He had since become recognised as an experienced advocate with a long history of successfully representing his clients.

With two legal degrees, an MBA and a PhD in mental health law, Neville is highly educated on a range of different matters. He served as the president of the Mental Health Review Board of Western Australia for 7 years and has more recently worked as a State Prosecutor.

Neville is a family man and a strong advocate for social justice. He empathises with clients and works hard to guide them through the legal process in a reasonable and thorough way.

The legal philosophy at NR Barber Legal is that lawyers from opposing sides should always use their talents to diffuse the situation and reach a settlement as close to ideal as possible. With this in mind, the approach uses is always clear, concise and focused on achieving the fairest outcome possible.
